Coach Kelli’s Time Saving Tip for Time Crunched Triathletes

For busy triathletes balancing work, family, and training, being organized can save you time and help keep you on track with your training program. Here’s my simple tip: Have designated bags for each discipline ready to go. A swim gear and swim bag, bike bag, run bag, and strength training bag. I keep them packed with all the gear I will need for training and when I use gear up, I replace it. Also, once the clean clothes come out of the wash they go right back in the bags. This way you don’t need to spend time re-packing for every workout. You are all set to go!
