12 Week Beginners Plan
MaccaX 12 Week Olympic Plan – Beginner is designed for new members looking to start the sport of triathlon. With this plan you will be able to comfortably finish the race and improve on your Sprint triathlon performance !
All my plans are very detailed, helping you to understand the workouts and the reason behind each session. Starts at 6 hours per week and peak at 8 hours.
12 Week Intermediate Plan
MaccaX 12 Week OD Intermediate plan is designed for the athlete that have been racing for a couple of seasons (or more) and is looking for improvements in time or age group classification.
At this program we will address more Fundamentals of triathlon than at our Beginner plan and the overall hours per week will be a little bit more. All my plans are very detailed, helping you to understand the workouts and the reason behind each session. Starts at 9 hours per week and peak at 11 hours.
12 Week Advanced Plan
With my 12 week Olympic Distance training plan I have created a platform that, if followed consistently, will build the necessary speed, power and endurance to race at the best of ones ability in any OD race.
Blending my own built sessions with the fantastic selection of MXPlus sessions you will feel the fitness gains weekly.
