Since the sport of triathlon is a lifestyle choice, training is part of our identity and something we need to do to keep sane. Work and family life often makes it hard to commit to a race schedule during the triathlon season. This is when your training focus and direction can lose momentum.

I have built a 12 week In Season Plan that is designed to maintain your fitness to the point at which you would easily transition into a race dedicated training plan or even straight into race day, if short on time.
