A self-confessed running geek, James is fascinated by human movement patterns. He has a particular passion for identifying and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns that cause overuse injuries or impair efficiency in endurance athletes. James holds a Degree in Sport Rehabilitation and has a special interest in the Functional Biomechanics of Running.

He currently works with a varied group of athletes of all abilities, including Distance Runners, Triathletes, Sprinters, Footballers, Rugby Players and Hockey Players.

Previously a Professional Rugby Union player, over recent years James has also worked with International Track Athletes, Premiership Footballers and within Professional Rugby League.

James writes for, and has featured in, various health and fitness magazines such as Women’s Running, UltraFit Magazine and Men’s Running.

James will be helping answer any run related questions you have on the forum to help back up Chris. It’s always good to get varying opinions and we want you to have this from some of the best in the world.
